Once the team has received and reviewed a customer's tech pack, they begin a detailed process geared to get your product ready for mass production. During the meticulous product development stage, our team provides continuous progress updates ensuring the best possible product.

• New fabrics & trims are always tested in our in-house laboratory
• Prototype patterns are made with the Gerber System
• Prototypes are cut & sewn in our sample room
• This process is repeated until style is approved by customer
